FAQs

  • To make sure you get the most out of your time with us, we’ll send you a questionnaire prior to your appointment. This helps us identify your needs, and areas for further discussion to personalize your treatment. At your evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive whole-body physical assessment and diagnosis, which is yours to keep. During treatment, Dr. Morlaye will address movement and any areas of disfunction to reduce physical limitations. We’ll then design a plan to get you where you want to be, and you’ll receive at-home exercises, suggestions for simple modifications (Neck pain? Send us a pic of your pillows!), and check-ins to help you progress and meet your goals faster.

  • No, but we will provide you with a diagnosis to submit for reimbursement (which many plans offer). Insurance companies benefit from unfortunate injuries that can occur without prevention, and it’s our hope to prevent them in the first place with a proactive approach to care. The requirements of accepting insurance often limits sessions, necessitates referrals, and includes network participation. Our goal is to empower you to manage your health on your own terms, without worrying about paperwork or your frequency of treatment.

  • We’ve improved the quality of life for a wide range of clients experiencing chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, headaches and migraines, joint stiffness, athletic injuries including fractures and sprains, TMJ, osteoarthritis, tennis elbow, vertigo and dizziness, and frozen shoulder. • Many pain-management solutions only provide short-term relief. Our goal is to help you avoid the risks, side effects, and down-time of invasive interventions like medication and surgery by employing the principles of physical therapy to restore motion, blood flow, and nerve function. Your body is a system of interconnected groups of bones, joints, and muscles that work together to perform movements. A disruption within this structure can have a cascading effect, and pain you feel in one area (your neck, for example) could be caused by another (even as far away as your foot). Dr. Morlaye is an expert at identifying dysfunction in the body’s complex kinetic chain, and can accurately diagnose and effectively treat your discomfort. He’ll evaluate your needs and goals to design a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • Physical therapy can be practiced by a range of providers with varying levels of experience. Dr. Morlaye has more than 11 years of demonstrated success in improving the quality of life for his clients. You’ll have a seamless and private experience in a comfortable and calming environment—no waiting rooms, crowded treatment areas, or one-size-fits-all treatment plans. We empower you to live your best life.
